The calendar widget provides administrators with an overview of important dates entered in Juniorlogs. Seen from a monthly view the widget is synchronised with real time data, enabling users to prepare & take action for any important dates.
We have used playful key icons to mark the dates in the calendar. The current day will display the numeral in colour, click the arrows on each side of the header to navigate through the months.
Key Icons
The Birthday cake icon will indicate the child’s birthday, click on the icon to display the children.
The Crown icon will indicate the child’s 3rd birthday. Click on the icon will display that name of the children who are turning 3 and eligible for the 20 Hour ECE now.
The calendar icon signifies the start date of the child’s enrolment, click on the icon to display which children are starting on that day
The Tote bag option shows children who are leaving your service, click on the icon to view the names of the children leaving the service.
The graduation icon shows children who are turning 5. Click on the icon to display the children who are turning 5 and ready for the School.
The holiday icon will show NZ public holidays, click on the icon to display what type of holiday this is.
The temporary closure icon displays the amount of days your centre will be closed for, click on the icon for more information
The RS7 icon represents the start & end dates for RS7 duration, click on the icon to display more information.
