When going through RS7 Prerequisite Checker, we have added new funding alerts on the Daily Data Screen for a more comprehensive and efficient funding review before the RS7 submission.
Grey alerts next to the dates are to inform centres of the dates where there are children with no funding due to FAR absences, Three weeks rule absences, No funding option on the booking and no 20 hours ECE allocation: NF, NF(FAR), 20hrs/Plus 10 funding loss
NF and NF(FAR) – On these dates, there are children who are not funded due to FAR absences, Three weeks rule absences, No funding option on the booking. Kindly check the Funding Analysis report then the FAR Overview report to check for the affected children.
20hrs/Plus 10 funding loss – On these dates, there are children who are 3 years and over, who don’t have the 20 hours ECE attestation on their booking. Currently, it also applies to casual children who are 3 years and over (which you can ignore). Kindly check the 20hours ECE report and the Funding analysis report to check for the affected children. If children missed out on their 20hrs ECE allocation, you can refer to this help guide: https://helpguide.juniorlogs.co.nz/knowledgebase/what-to-do-once-the-child-turns-3/.
Note: This is only to inform centres and no action can be done on the RS7 Prerequisite Checker page to clear these alerts. Kindly check the Funding Analysis report which you can access from here and Daily FCH reports to verify the affected children then update booking/enrolments and attendances according to the alerts.
