The Daily FCH table shows the breakdown of the claimed funding per day. Juniorlogs will apply rules for funding based on age, 20 hours ECE criteria, and absence.
- Under the Funding menu, click Daily FCH.
In a situation where your service is expecting 90 claimed hours according to your Child place license but claims 87 instead, this table will show you where the extra 3 hours has been deducted.
What to look for? Read the table from left to right.
1. Absence column
Funded | These absence hours are funded. |
Not Funded | These absence hours are not funded
If the absence is not funded, this could be because of the fresh week rule or the 3-week rule. |
2. Adjusted value – Any hours displayed in the Adjusted value column means you are exceeding the child place limit or under 2’s license limit and the hours of the extra child will be adjusted
3. FAR – Any Hours displayed in the FAR column have detected a Frequent absence rule. This will be deducted from funding from your service.
Double-check these entries by reviewing FAR under the attendance module
– The values displayed in these columns show how funding is being claimed per child.
