Check your funding projections
Menu > Funding > Funding projection
Select the following values:
- Year
- Funding Period option
- Qualified Staff Percentage – displayed automatically by system but could be changed after
- Funding type
Click on the Green refresh buttons on the Advance days column for the system to bring in all the hours based on the bookings. Then you can add advanced funded hours within your funding projections based on the funding notice you have received from the Ministry.
How to do this?
Key in the total hours for Under 2, Over 2, 20 Hours, and Plus 10. Click SAVE to save the data.
The numbers saved here will help towards better calculations for your next funding projections.
Check the Funding summary tab to find out wash-up amounts based on Projected advanced and actual funding.
