What does it do?
You may use this report to print the children’s list along with the number of selected columns. You can use this list for excursions, swimming, or anything else where you need to go through the children’s count.
How to check this report?
Left menu > Reports > Under Centre section > Grid Report.
This report list all booked/enrolled children for the selected date and can print/download the report with additional blank columns. You may select the “Print separate Under 2’s and Over 2’s” option to print the under 2’s and over 2’s separately.
Enter the number from 1-4 to add the columns and click on Submit.
Based on your preference you can select either the Booked children or Enrolled children.
The report also shows the total number of children and even separate under 2’s an over 2’s number of the checkbox to print it separately is enabled.
