To add Document Types in Juniorlogs, navigate to Left Menu > List View > Document Types > Add New icon.
After clicking the Add New button of the Document Types, you will be directed to the Create New Document Types screen. Fill out all the fields required and click on the Save and Exit.
Name : Name of the Document Type
Used For : Select the checkboxes to mark whether the Document type is applied for Child, Staff and Centre.
Mandatory : Select the checkbox to mark whether the Document Type is Mandatory.
Once you have added the Document Types, those will be pre-populated under Document Type dropdown when adding documents under Child records, staff records or under Centre Settings documents tab.
