How To Add Medicine Categories On The Enrolment Form And Child Records

Enrolment form customisable sections

Access the Settings module on your left menu and click Edit Centre. Select and go to the Enquiry & Enrolment tab to customise sections on the Enrolment form.

You can customise the enrolment form as per your Centre’s policy and needs.

To add Medicine categories, access the Medicine Category 1 tab and add/update accordingly.

  1. Make sure to enable the form to be displayed on the Printed enrolment form.
  2. Add the medicine categories and other info here. You can also format them into bullet points.
  3. Click the Update button to save the changes.

4. To view changes on the Blank enrolment form, kindly refresh the page and click the Download blank enrolment form button.

They will be reflected on the Child’s records, on the Enrolment form and on the Online enrolment form as well.
