How to manage this in Juniorlogs?
Option 1 – From the attendance marking page, simply select “Exempt” reason from the Absence dropdown.
Option 2 – Add a new vacation register and simply add the dates and the reason as “Exempt”.
Complete an EC12 form and attach any relevant supporting documentation such as email exchanges between your service and parents regarding the reasons for their delayed return. Keep the form and attachments on file.
You can also add to the Notes tab on the Child details section as a reminder too.
Adding temporary closures
Once you have received an approval from the Ministry regarding the Funded Emergency Closure, add them in Juniorlogs from within the Attendance menu section.
