What does it do?
This report shows you the immunisation details of all the children.
How to access this Report?
Left menu > Reports > Under Children > Immunisation Register.
You can filter the report with the following options:
- Child Status
- Room
- Age Category
- Child name
- Age limit
- Immunisation status ( Full, Partial, No)
- Certificate Sighted (Yes/No)
- Show latest
Click on submit after selecting the required filters to view the report.
You may also use the column picker button to select your preferred filters.
You can export the report to PDF, print as PDF or download it as excel CSV file.
