The Message Centre in Juniorlogs allows you to manage your emails and SMS communications in one place.
You can access it from the left menu > Message Centre.
Folders in the Message Centre
Once inside the Message Centre, you will see four main folders:

Inbox – received messages

Sent – messages you have sent (this is the default view)

Drafts – saved drafts not yet sent
- Templates – ready-to-use default templates for centres to use

Trash – deleted messages
By default, the Sent folder is displayed, showing your previously sent emails and SMS.
Composing a New Message or SMS

Click the Compose button.

Choose whether you want to create an email or an SMS.

Fill out the details accordingly. In the Message section, you can:

Upload and attach files to your email.

Add hyperlinks within your message.

At the bottom of the page, you will see three buttons:

Send Test Email – here you can test your email first by sending it to your personal or sample account.

Save as Draft – this saves your composed message as a draft, so you can return and send it later.

Continue – clicking this will take you to the next page, where you can select recipients, such as children’s contacts or staff contact

Setting up Header, Footer, Categories, and Labels
To keep your communications organized, you can add categories and labels to messages, and also set up headers and footers.

Click the Settings button. From here you can:

Set your header and footer for messages.
-
Create and manage labels.
-
Create and manage categories.
-

Once finished, click Save to apply the changes.
Assigning Categories and Labels
After saving, you can assign your newly created labels and categories to:

New emails or SMS you compose.
-
Previously sent messages in your Sent folder.
You can also access the Categories and Labels folders directly to view messages that have been organized under them.
