What does this Report do?
The Monthly Attendance Report provides a comprehensive view of each child’s attendance over a selected month. It helps identify trends, monitor absences, and track overall attendance patterns across the service.
This report is especially useful for reviewing attendance consistency, managing enrolment funding requirements, and supporting planning or compliance reporting.
Available filters
- Child status (can multi-select from Enrolled/Waiting/Left/Graduated/Prospect/ALL)
- Month (select the desired month)
- Child name
- Age Category
Report output
The report displays:

Each child’s name and age

A daily breakdown for the entire selected month

Attendance/absence markings for each day
At the bottom of the report, it provides a daily summary showing the number of children who were:
- Present
- Absent
- Exempt
- Unmarked/Not Booked
This summary allows educators and administrators to assess daily attendance figures at a glance.
Understanding report markings:
- P – Present
- A – Absent
- X – Closure or Holiday
- X – Service not scheduled
- E- Exempt
How to access the report?
- Go to the Left Menu
- Click Reports.
- Under the Booking and Attendance section, select Monthly Attendance Report.
- You can save the report as a PDF, print, or export it to excel (CSV file).
If you want to access and view the monthly attendance report of children who left/graduated the centre, you can select the respective child status (and child name as needed) then click submit to generate the report.
