Before you start:
Ensure that you have an appropriate message set up for your No Vacancy message.
To set up this message:
Menu > Settings > Edit Centre > Email Template tab > No Vacancy Email section
You can edit the message as required.
To action this message, open a new enquiry record and select No Vacancy Email button if there is no vacancy.
This will send a No Vacancy email to the sender of the enquiry and the status will be changed accordingly.
