Understanding Roster colors and ratio
Green: If the required number of staff limit is 80% and above
Yellow: If the required number of staff limit is less than 80% but more than the minimum staff requirement.
Pink: If the minimum staff requirement is not met.
Red: If children are booked but no staff is assigned/scheduled with contact hours or if children are not booked but the staff is assigned with contact hours.
Red on Roster page means
- No children booked and Staff assigned with Contact hour duty or
- Children booked but no staff or qualified allocated on the roster page or
- Children booked but are absent (System will show red highlighting the scenario)
The roster is now more intuitive and informative than ever:
- In addition to viewing required staff numbers for each timeslot
- Now, you can see how many staff are actually rostered
- Clear breakdown of:
– Certified staff
– Non-certified staff - Instantly know if you are:
– Understaffed
– Fully staffed
– Overstaffed
Booking exceeded child place capacity:
On the roster, the particular time slot where it exceeds the child place license is highlighted in red color.
Gray – Unsaved roster
White – Empty/Inactive hours
