What does it do?
This report shows the qualified and non-qualified hour count along with the qualified staff ratio percentage for each day of a selected week.
How to access this Report?
Left menu > Reports > Staff > Staff Hours Daily Summary Report.
This report shows the data based on the saved Contacts hours.
