Bug Fix
Issue reported:
When a Regional or an Organisational Admin used to create new users at a lower access level, they used to get incorrectly assigned to the centre the former was logged into.
Fix provided:
When creating a new user from a higher access level, it is now required to add a region name and a centre name so that the new user account is defaulted to that role.
It is compulsory to add a centre name for a Region access level user, so that once a new account has been allocated and when they log in – the assigned centre is set as their default centre.
