New Changes:
On Enrolment Report, we can now change the ‘Child Status’ drop down to select multiple values
- Login to Juniorlogs SMS
- Click on menu on the left, Reports>Enrolment Report
- Enrolment Report page is displayed
- Check Child Status drop down
- Select multiple values for Child status and generate the report.
- The report will be generated considering the children in all the selected status.
On the Online Enquiry form, parents can now enter their surname and relationship to the child
- Navigate to Online Enquiry form
- We have introduced two more fields on the Online Enquiry form for parents to enter their Surname (Previously Parent name was captured as a single entry where they needed to enter first name + surname together in a single field) and select relationship to the child
- Parents can enter the required information and submit the online enquiry.
- Login to Juniorlogs SMS
- Click on menu on the left, List View > New Enrolment Enquiries
- The submitted enquiry is listed as below
- Click on the record to view the details
- The details are displayed as below
- When enrolling this child, the parent details entered above will be saved as a parent contact.
Added Total ECE and 20 hours on invoice details page
- Login to Junior Logs SMS.
- Click on menu on the left, Finance & Accounts > Accounts.
- Select an invoice.
- Total ECE & 20 hours are displayed on invoice details page
Bug fixes:
- Copy Roster for the week is working fine if there was already roster saved for the selected dates we are trying to copy.
- Child Details -> Account & Fees –> Fees section, now the system is correctly saving the columns selected under the Column picker.
- Footer Links are correctly navigating to the respective pages.
- UI changes to Contact Hours Report to make the report name consistent.
