Under 2’s and Over 2’s combined sign in sheets have AM-PM checks added on the same page
If you have your Under 2’s and Over 2’s on the same page, you will now find the AM-PM checks right at the bottom of the sign-in sheets.
Added a Staff filter and Export to Excel function to Staff Time Summary Report
We have added a staff filter and an Export to Excel function to the Staff Time Summary Report. You can access this report on the Reports page under Staff section.
Enhanced Vacation Register to show Enrolled children (instead of all the children you’ve ever had! 😊)
When you next access the Vacation Register page under the Attendance left menu, you will now see the list sorted by “Enrolled” children to make it easier for you to manage their holidays.
Added a Remember Payee function when importing bank statements
We have added a Remember Payee function when importing bank statements under Payments tab on the Accounts page. This function lets the system remember the payee name and auto-populate it every time you upload bank statements, with the same description, moving forward.
On the Accounts page > Credit notes tab, Credit notes are shown in full amount including cents.
