What’s New

📅 Extended Booking Week View – Now Includes the Previous 2 Weeks

We’ve listened to your feedback!

Previously, the Week View within Bookings allowed Centres to view and make one-off booking changes for the current week plus the next 11 weeks. While this worked well for future planning, we heard that Centres often need to make adjustments to bookings after a week has already passed.

To make this easier, the Week View will now also display the previous 2 weeks, giving you greater flexibility when reviewing and updating historical booking information.

What’s Changed?

  • View the current week plus future 11 weeks (existing functionality)
  • View the previous 2 weeks (new)
  • Make one-off booking changes to recent past weeks without needing alternative workarounds.

💰Edit Paid Invoices Without Leaving the Invoice Screen

Previously, in order to edit a partially paid or fully paid invoice, you first had to:

  • Navigate to the Payments page
  • Remove the payment allocation from the invoice
  • Return to the invoice
  • Make your required changes

Now, payments can be unlinked directly from within the invoice itself!

Important to Know

When you unlink a payment:

  • The payment is not deleted
  • The payment is simply removed from the invoice allocation
  • The payment remains available as an overpayment credit

Once you’ve finished updating the invoice, you can easily reallocate the payment by selecting:

Receive Payment → Allocate from Overpayment

🎨Enhanced Colour Coding for Rosters & Contact Hours

Managing ratios at a glance just got even easier!

We’ve upgraded the colour coding of the time slots on both the Roster and Contact Hours pages.

New Ratio Colour Indicators

🔵 Blue – 100% Ratio

🟢 Green – 80% to 99% Ratio

🟡 Yellow – 50% to 79% Ratio

🔴 Red – Below 50% Ratio

🗑️Delete Enrolments – A Faster Way to Remove Children Who Never Started

Have you enrolled a child and entered all their details, only to find that they are no longer starting at your Centre?

We’ve made the process simpler than ever!

Navigate to:

Children Records → Select Child → Actions → Delete Enrolments

This new action will:

  • Remove the child’s enrolment
  • Remove any associated bookings
  • Remove any recorded absences
  • Move the child back to Prospect status

If the child is no longer required, you can then permanently delete them from the Prospects list as well.

🔄 Xero Integration Enhancements

📋 Xero 1-Way Integration – Improved Payment Log Visibility

Previously, the date and time for each synced transaction was only visible when viewing an individual batch. Now, this information is also available directly within All Batches View under Synced Payment Logs.

📄 Xero 2-Way Integration – Enhanced Payee Information Syncing

Invoices synced from Juniorlogs to Xero will now include additional payee details, helping keep your customer information consistent across both systems.

When available, the following information will now be synced alongside the invoice:

  • Payee Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Address Details
  • Payee Reference Code

These details will also be available directly within the corresponding invoice in Xero, providing better visibility and reducing the need to switch between systems to access customer information.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Improved Parent Access Visibility

We’ve enhanced the Parent Access screen to make contact relationships clearer and easier to understand.

Previously, when a contact was linked to multiple children as a Parent for one child and an Additional Contact for another, the way the information was displayed could sometimes make it difficult to identify the contact’s relationship to each child.

What’s Changed?

Children linked to a contact will now be displayed as separate line items, clearly showing the contact’s role for each individual child.

📅 Clearer Weekly Attendance Records

Previously, if a day was affected by a Public Holiday or Temporary Closure, the attendance record for that day would simply appear blank within Weekly Attendance Records, making it difficult to determine why no attendance was recorded.

What’s Changed?

Instead of displaying a blank day, the system will now clearly show the reason for the absence of attendance records, such as:

  • Public Holiday
  • Temporary Closure
