Include Visitor’s email on the Visitors Report 

We have made changes to include the visitor’s emails on the Visitor’s report.
 
  • Click on the menu on the left > Reports > Visitors Report.
  • Select the date range and generate the report.
  • The visitor’s email id captured at the time of visitor sign-in is populated on the Visitor’s report as below.

Make Staff DOB field mandatory:

We have made changes to make the staff date of birth field mandatory.

  • Click on the menu on the left > Staff Records > Staff/Educators.
  • Add a new staff. New Staff page is displayed.
  • Staff DOB field is marked as mandatory when adding a new staff.

Birthdate mandatory

Child Details – Search Grid shows only children in Enrolled status.

We have made changes to show only enrolled children in Child Details > Search Grid.

  • Select any child. Child Details page is displayed. 
  • Search Grid > Search for children in Enrolled Status. The search result and Search grid shows the Enrolled children.

Bugs Fixes:

  • The Enrolment Status chart shows correct values if there is a change in license details.
