Full Child Name on Kiosk
On the Kiosk App, previously Child’s first name was only shown. Now, both First and Last name will be shown for quick identification and attendance recording.
Monthly Alerts to Staff Certificate Expiry
Previously, the system was generating only two alerts to highlight Staff’s Practising Certificate expiry – 90 days before and on the day of expiry.

On the day of expiry
These alerts will be generated for the Centre admin as well as for the staff, as long as their email is added within their record. This will help to ensure that certificate renewal is not left out until its expiry.
Change Child Status Automatically After Enrolment End Date
For your convenience, a new feature is being introduced where the system will automatically change the child status from Enrolled to Left or Graduated, a day after the Enrolment End Date.
In order to turn this feature on, head into Settings > Edit Centre > Enquiry & Enrolment.
