What’s New
We are excited to introduce our new Children and Attendance Modules, which mark a significant step forward in improving your Service’s efficiency. These modules come with state-of-the-art features, increased speed and an improved interface, specifically crafted to simplify your operations and boost productivity.
Sleek New User Interface
Our user interface has undergone a transformation to make your experience even more intuitive and user-friendly. Children tab and all tabs under Attendance now have a new look and feel, with added features for your ease.
Enrolment Details
Enrolment Start and End dates are now available within the Details tab. If a child has multiple enrolments, each of them will be shown separately.
Children Preview Tab
Just like under Staff records, now you have the preview tab for Children as well, where you can skim through the record quickly. Also, the print enrolment button is now available within the Preview tab.
Copying Contacts
When copying contacts from a sibling, you can choose which contacts to copy and change the relationship type if required also.
Bookings
You can now view the Child bookings either in the form of a list or the new weekly view.
The weekly view displays the current week + 11 weeks in the future. If a child’s booking needs to vary in any upcoming week, you can easily edit that specific week without creating an entirely new booking.
Once that week has passed, the system will automatically revert to the original booked days and hours, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process.
If a one-off change has been made, you should be downloading two change-of-enrolment forms (one for the week for which the change has been made and the second for reverting back to the original booking).
For now, please download the forms by selecting the relevant booking and click on Actions > Re-attestation. We will roll out another update where the system will do this action automatically.
Attendance Marking
For Centre’s who mark attendance manually (no digital sign-in), now you can update the children’s timings in one-go and then submit all in bulk. Previously, each child had to be marked individually.
Temporary Closures
The functionality remains the same as before however, you will be able to benefit from the increased speed and a more refined look.
Children Holiday Register
Previously known as the Child Vacation Register, this tab also offers the benefits of a cleaner interface and quicker navigation.
