Revamped Enquiry Module
The Enquiry module has been redesigned from the ground up.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Fresh, Modern Look: A cleaner, more intuitive interface of the online Enquiry & Enrolment forms, aligned with the design of our other recently updated modules
- Re-organised Fields: Information is grouped logically so parents can add details with less scrolling
- Mobile-Friendly Layout: Fully responsive on tablets and smartphones, making it easier for parents to submit
✨ Key New Feature – Waitlist Confirmation
A major enhancement in this release is the automated Waitlist Confirmation process.
- Under Settings, you can now enable waitlist confirmation for your Centre.
- Once activated, any enquiry currently marked as “Waiting” will trigger an automated email to the parent based on the interval set, asking them to confirm their place on the waitlist.
If parent clicks on No, the system will automatically change the enquiry status to Not Interested and will inform the Centre via Email.
Similarly, if Parent clicks Yes, the enquiry status will remain as waiting.
Whichever action is chosen by the parent, the waitlist confirmation date will be updated within the enquiry so that you know, when did the parent perform the action.
Enhancement to Children Holiday Register
We have upgraded the Children Holiday Register to give you a more powerful and precise way to view and manage holiday records.
New filter options now include:
- Child Status – look up entries for Enrolled, Left or Graduated children.
- Child Name – search directly for a specific child.
- Reason Code – filter by the recorded reason for the holiday.
- From and To Dates – define a custom date range for a focused view.
You can now perform faster, more targeted lookups and ensure children’s holidays are under its allowable limit for each year end.
Booking Report – Room Column Enhancement
A new improvement has been introduced to the Booking Report for greater visibility of room assignments.
- When the Room filter is set to ALL, the report will now include a Room column showing the room(s) each child is booked into.
- If a child is transitioning between rooms, both room names will be displayed.
This enhancement will help in quickly verifying that every child is correctly assigned to a room and ensuring no child is overlooked during transitions or daily planning.
