Personalised Invoice Email Feature

In order to make your emails sent to parents more personalised, we have introduced a new feature in Juniorlogs, where the system will pick up each payee’s name and add it to the email when it is sent out.

What you need to do:

  • Settings > Edit Centre > Invoicing
  • Within the email body templates (Invoice, Statements, Transaction List & Donations), please add the following text: (Payee name)
  • This text can be added anywhere in the template
  • Click on Update

Now, when you send the email (either for a specific child or all), this text will show up in the email pop-up.

Please leave it as-is and when the email is sent out, the system will automatically pick the payee’s name and add it to the email.

Note: Using this feature is completely optional. Your emails will still be sent out as normal even if you wish to not add this text to your email templates.

Invoice Period in Invoice Email Subject Line

Whenever emailing out an invoice (either for a specific child or all), the system will now include the relevant invoice period in the email subject line.
