📋 Weekly Attendance Records – Revamped
We’ve completely redesigned the Weekly Attendance Records page to make it faster, more flexible, and easier to use. Now all your action happens in the same area – includes sending to parents, printing, searching for all pending records across multiple weeks and uploading a manually signed weekly record copy.
What’s New?
- The page now defaults to the current week, so you can get started instantly
- Easily switch between weeks or use Custom View to search across multiple weeks at once
- Quickly send attendance verification to parents with improved workflow
- Apply filters by status, child, or room for more precise results
- When printing, if attendance has been approved, you’ll now see “Verified By” details included in the report
👨‍👩‍👧 Sibling Invoicing – Simplified Setup
We’ve made an improvement to streamline how sibling invoicing is configured within Juniorlogs.
What’s Changed?
Previously, when enabling sibling invoicing, you were required to manually tick the Sibling Invoice checkbox within the payee record of each sibling individually.
What’s New?
Now, enabling the Sibling Invoice option for one sibling will automatically apply the same setting to the other sibling — as long as both payees share the same Account Reference Code.
📊 FAR Overview Report – Enhanced Visibility
We’ve made an improvement to the FAR Overview Report to provide better tracking and clarity.
What’s New?
To make navigation easier, the most recent month is now highlighted, allowing you to quickly identify and focus on the key reporting period.
