With smarter automation, intuitive controls, and unmatched flexibility, this update is set to transform the way you handle invoicing—so you can focus more on what truly matters! 🎉
Fees Dashboard
Gone are the days when you had to go into each Child record to manage their assigned fees. Introducing Fees Dashboard – your go-to screen for ending, deleting and assigning fees to Children. It is available under the Finance & Accounts section.
All children who currently have an active fee assigned to them will show here. Useful features include:

If a child has already Left/Graduated but their fee end date was not entered, they will still be shown here with their status, and you can directly end the fee from the Fees Dashboard allowing you to ensure no irrelevant invoices are generated.
- You can end and delete fees for Children individually or in bulk by selecting the relevant records and go to Actions > End Fee or Delete Fee.
- You can also assign a new fee to Children individually or in bulk by clicking on the + icon > Choosing the fee > Choosing the Children > Add.
Discount Settings
Previously, all discount settings (Absence, Public Holiday & Temporary Closure) were setup within the Hourly fee itself.
Now, Absence & Public Holiday discount have been centralised within Centre settings while Temporary Closure discount is available within the Temporary Closures tab.
Note: The discount settings need to be updated once the new module is launched. If you offer Absence & Public Holiday discount, we recommend you update these settings immediately in order to ensure accurate invoice generation. Similarly, if you have already added Temporary Closures in advance and provide discount for them, we recommend editing the record and updating the discount for it.
Hourly & Fixed Fee Settings
Both Hourly & Fixed fee schedules (available under settings) have been upgraded to a new UI offering increased speed and additional features.
Useful features include:
- Hourly Fee – The ability to auto-fill the charges column by simply inputting the hourly rate.
- Fixed Fee – Now you can set up a fixed fee to be charged on either absence or attendance only.
Custom Fee Notes
When assigning the fee to a child, you can now add notes to it, which would then appear on the invoice as well.
