Sent Column on Statements Tab

Exciting Update! We have enhanced our Statements tab with two new columns: Sent and Statement Sent Date. Now, whenever a statement is emailed, you will see the status and date in these columns for easy tracking.

Also, if any changes are made to the invoices included in the statement OR new invoices are added within the statement quarter AFTER it has been sent, an info icon will appear in the “Sent” column, alerting you that changes were made, and you should consider sending the latest statement.

Under Centre settings, if you have turned on the option “Send copy of Invoice to Centre Admin” – now, whenever statements are emailed out, Centre admin will be copied in the email to the parent.

Invoice Template Changes

We’ve listened to your feedback and have made the invoices more user-friendly.

The changes include:
  • Current Balance has now been renamed to “Total Amount Due
  • The banner on top of the invoice will now show what is due for this invoice and what is due in total (current balance).

The invoice design has been made consistent so that it remains the same whether it is emailed, printed or viewed in the system directly.
