Customisable Parent PINs

Parent PINs are now customisable! This improvement comes directly from your feedback, and we are excited to deliver a functionality that gives you greater control and flexibility.

To change a parent PIN, head into the Parent Access tab > Click on the edit icon next to parent PIN > Enter new PIN > Update.

Reply Functionality for Staff Emails

Now, if the daily/weekly/individual rosters are sent to the staff through the Roster/Contact hours page, staff can reply to that email.

The email address that they will reply to will be the one saved under your settings as Notification Email Address.

Offsite Time for Activities

Few services, who use the Kiosk app, had raised that when children go out on excursions such as swimming and horse riding, they are not signed out from the app since technically, they are still under the Centre’s care just not on premises. In light of this, how can we manage and track the number of children who are not in the Centre versus the children who are still at the Centre.

Based on this, we are happy to introduce a brand-new functionality called Offsite Activity.

To mark children as Offsite, follow the below steps:
  • On your Kiosk app, head into the Children Sign out tab
  • Select relevant children
  • Click on the three-dots button

  • Turn on the Record Offsite Activity toggle
  • Enter Offsite time and reason
  • Submit

Once submitted, these children will now have an orange icon next to their picture indicating that they are Offsite. Additionally, under the Centre Status tab, the system will show the total number of children who are Offsite.

When the children are back on premises, follow same steps again i.e.:

  • Head into Children Sign out tab
  • Select the Children who were Offsite
  • Click on the three-dots button
  • Select Onsite time
  • Submit

Offsite counter under Centre Status tab will now be back to 0.
