Changes in Roster when the booking exceeds child place capacity:

We have made changes to the Roster to inform the centres when the booking exceeds child place capacity for any time slot.
This will be applicable for Over 2 also if it exceeds the capacity.

Add child filter for Funding Analysis Report:

We have added children filter for Funding Analysis Report.

Added Iwi codes for a child of any ethnicity:

We have made changes to add Iwi codes for a child of any ethnicity. Previously an Iwi code can be added only when any of the ethnicity is Maori.

Included Rural Delivery Address in Primary & Secondary Residential Address:

We have made changes to include Rural Delivery Address in the child’s primary and secondary residential address. The same can be entered under the child’s secondary address and staff address section.

Staff Employment Details – Text changes to Joining & Leaving Date:

We have made UI changes to Staff Employment details to say Joining Date & Leaving Date. The same is available in the ECE Return Wizard.

Updated question text for Hours worked field on ECE Return Page:

We have updated the question text for the Hours worked field on the ECE Return page. The updated question is as below:

“How many hours worked during the Return week? (Include contact, non-contact time and breaks. Only include actual hours worked at the service, do not include any leave, unpaid breaks of 15 min or more, or time the staff member was ‘on-call’)”

ECE Return – Validation on Contact Hours cannot against the total hours worked:

We have made changes on the ECE Return page to validate that the contact hours selected cannot be greater than the total hours staff worked for the Return week. A warning message will pop up if the contact hours is greater than the hours worked. You cannot proceed further until this error is fixed.

This is applicable for ECE Teacher (ECET) or Home-based coordinator (HBC)

Staff Highest Qualification can be E15 for ECET when registered is true:

We have made changes on Staff & ECE Return pages to add the highest qualification code as E15 when registered is true.

Updates to practicing certificate names, plus one new certificate:

We have made changes on the ECE Return pages to show updated question text for the ‘IsRegistered’ field.

Select Highest Qualification Code and Select ‘Yes’ for ‘Does this person hold a current, practicing certificate from the Teaching Council?’

The system shows below updated text:

Bug Fixes:

Pending amounts on Age Debtor & Transaction list are now matching if we generate the reports by their end dates.
Daily FCH is getting calculated correctly if the centre overrides any holiday and marks attendance.
On the attendance marking page, the age validation of the child happens against the attendance date.
Frequent Absent Report – now shows correct values against the Days & Weeks column in case of the child attended more days than he is originally booked for.
