Statements feature for FamilyBoost
At Juniorlogs, we are always looking for ways to enhance the productivity of our users. Keeping this in mind, we are proud to announce that the Statements feature is now live.
This will be mainly used for sending your quarterly statement of invoices (at the end of each quarter) to each parent respectively, which they will be then submitting to FamilyBoost for the rebate.
How it works:
- Enter the dates for which you want the statement and click Search
- The system will search for invoices (based on the invoice period) falling within the entered date range and will include all invoices regardless of whether they are unpaid, partially paid or paid
- Select a child or multiple children
- Send out the statements in bulk via email or simply print
When the email option is selected, the system will open the send email pop-up which will include the email body, payee names and their email addresses. Simply click Send and each parent will receive their respective statement – an effortless process requiring minimal time.
If you wish to change the email body template, please head on into invoice settings and save your version of the template.
Export options for Staff Records
Based on the columns selected on the Staff records tab, now you can print, export to PDF and export to excel the details.
If you wish to change the columns shown, please do so through the column picker option.
