Introduced a new report called ‘Multiple Enrolments’ under centre reports section

  • This report allows you to check the list of children who are currently enrolled and those who have multiple enrolment start & end dates from the past. You can also filter by child status and check multiple enrolments.

Finalise Draft Invoices automatically upon creation

  • We have added a checkbox ‘Finalise Invoices Automatically’ in Edit Centre Settings page.
    • If this checkbox is selected, the system changes the status of the invoices from Draft to Awaiting Payment upon creation.

Add and manage vaccination records of your Staff/ Educators

  • A new section (Vaccination) has been added under the Staff/Educator page for you to manage and keep track of the vaccination records of your staff.

 

  • Added monthly reminder notifications to remind the centres for all staff/educators who do not have either 1st or 2nd dose of the vaccination.

  • Added vaccination dose fields within the staff/educator column picker option.

Enhancements with the Staff Vaccination report

  • Changed the name of the report to ‘COVID-19 Vaccination Register
  • Made changes to layout, filters, buttons, and table columns.

Enhancements on the Edit Fee functionality when manually adding an invoice

For forms received through the Enquiry and Online Enrolment form, the application date is now captured and populated on the system as the form submission date.

 

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed the issue in Kiosk automatic sign-out time.
  • Fixed issues in Staff Contact hours:
    • If the attendance ends at 5 or 10 mins (if not at 15 mins slot), then system allowed full 15 mins slot to be saved for the contact hours.
    • If the last marked attendance finishes at exactly 15 min slot and when saving the contact hours, it is converting into non-contact hours AFTER the last attended time recorded.
  • Made improvements to roster duties by sorting default values and field change.
  • Fixed the issue of ‘Save & Exit’ button in Edit Centre.
  • Fixed the issue of ‘Save & Continue’ button when adding a new child record.
  • Made improvements to Enrolment Report filters.
  • The child names filter has been sorted in alphabetical order when adding a credit note and bond payment.
  • Fixed the issue when clicking the Cancel button on the ECE Return –> Staff Page
