Enhancements with the Discretionary Hours Report
We have moved the Discretionary Hours report under the MOE menu on the left. To access, click the MOE menu on the left, and click Discretionary Hours report. The report displays all dates within the selected pay period with the discretionary hours against each date, and displays the total discretionary hours accordingly. The email option will pop-up the email feature for your email contents defaulting the recipient to ECE.funding@education.govt.nz email address.
Added a Discretionary Hour History Report
Each time the discretionary hours report (under MOE menu) is emailed to the ministry, it will be saved under the Discretionary Hours History report. You can click the VIEW button to access the history and to download/print the PDF file.
Enhancements with the Contact Hours recording with Discretionary hours and added an error message prompt
The maximum allowable discretionary hours information based on the current pay period is displayed on top of the page for days with discretion count. An error message will prompt if you are saving more discretionary hours than the allowed count.
Added a new print individual weekly report option to the Contact Hours page
You can print individual weekly timesheets for your staff. Clicking on this option will generate an individual staff timesheet (one staff per page) for the week. It will show their rostered hours per day and a space for them to write their actual hours, if it is different. There is also a signature field at the bottom of the sheet.
You can use the Search Child Functionality when searching for children under OSCAR status.
BUG FIXES
- Absence Records under Kiosk Weekly Attendance Report now showing properly
- Enhancements on the Reports page for Home based centres
- Reports link at the bottom of the page/footer section is fixed and redirects to the Reports page already.
- When adding a vacation register for OSCAR children, the correct number of vacation days have been fixed and is displayed correctly.
