On the Dashboard, access the – Staff: Sign In/Out
To add and sign-in an Educator/staff: Click 0n Educator/Staff from the OTHERS section. Add staff, Select Room, Select type of duty, confirm date, then click Duty is added.
- Sign in room.
- Select type of hours.
- Roster date
- Contact hours details.
- For Sign out: Click Finish button
Note: Please make sure under your Centre settings in Juniorlogs, the “Record contact hours from Kiosk”, option is enabled.
If any hours are to be changed: Click on Educator/staff , Click EDIT , Change hours and Click update.
SIGN OUT Staff/Educator: Staff/Admin can check the day’s hours details and Sign Out by clicking on the FINISHED button.
