How to add additional contacts for pick/up drop off

For adding other parents as pick up/ drop off

In Juniorlogs Admin Portal, to add contacts to a child record (Parent/Caregivers/Guardians, Emergency contacts, Additional contacts), go to Children on the left menu:

  1. Check the status filter and update accordingly. You can also type in the name of the child on the Name field.
  2. Double click on the child’s name to go to their record.
  3. Click on the Contacts tab. In this tab, you will find parent/guardian, emergency contacts, and custodial statements.
  4. Click the + sign to Add New Contact > Enter all the details.
  5. All the mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
  6. Click Save and Exit after adding all the details.

 

On the kiosk mobile app:

  1. The admin needs to log out of the app completely. This can be done by tapping on their centre logo, entering the password to log out.
  2. Log back in.
  3. Parent enters their PIN. They will now see additional children for whom they have been added for pick up / drop off.
