How to add additional contacts for pick/up drop off
For adding other parents as pick up/ drop off
In Juniorlogs Admin Portal, to add contacts to a child record (Parent/Caregivers/Guardians, Emergency contacts, Additional contacts), go to Children on the left menu:
- Check the status filter and update accordingly. You can also type in the name of the child on the Name field.
- Double click on the child’s name to go to their record.
- Click on the Contacts tab. In this tab, you will find parent/guardian, emergency contacts, and custodial statements.
- Click the + sign to Add New Contact > Enter all the details.
- All the mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
- Click Save and Exit after adding all the details.
On the kiosk mobile app:
- The admin needs to log out of the app completely. This can be done by tapping on their centre logo, entering the password to log out.
- Log back in.
- Parent enters their PIN. They will now see additional children for whom they have been added for pick up / drop off.
