What does this report do?
The Visitors Report provides a comprehensive log of all visitors who have signed in and out of the centre using the Kiosk application. This supports health and safety protocols, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains a secure environment for children and staff.
How to access the Report
- Click Reports
- Under the Centre section, select Visitor Report. You can use the search button at the top right to search the selected report.
- You can save and download the report as a PDF and print, or export it to excel (CSV file).

- Date
- Room

Once generated, the report displays the following columns:
