Enrolments by Ethnicity

What does this report do?

This report provides insights into the ethnic composition of enrolled children across centres. It supports diversity monitoring and reporting requirements.

Filters available:

• Child Status (e.g., Enrolled, Waiting, etc.)
• Age Category (Under 2, Over 2, or All)

How to access the Report

1. Click Reports
2. Under the Centre section, select Enrolments by Ethnicity Report. You can use the search button at the top right to search the selected report.
3. You can also filter out by Child status or Age category.
4. You can save the report as a PDF, print, or export it to excel (CSV file).

Report Output:

Once generated, the report displays:

• Total count and percentage by ethnicity

• Breakdown by individual ethnicity

• Columns include:

  • Name (of centre)

  • Total (number of children)

  • Ethnic categories (e.g., New Zealand European, Tuvaluan, American, Croatian, Afghan, etc.)
